Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice rooted in the principle that life force energy flows through all living beings. The word itself means "universal life energy." Rei means universal spirit and Ki means life force. When that energy is blocked or depleted it can show up as stress, physical tension, emotional heaviness, or a sense of disconnection. A Reiki practitioner channels healing energy to restore balance, clear blockages, and support the body's natural ability to heal. Sessions can be done in person or at a distance with equal effectiveness. No belief system is required. You simply receive.
Your first session is a sacred space to connect, assess your energetic needs, and determine the best path forward. We will discuss your intentions, current challenges, and which modalities align best with your goals.
Absolutely not. All courses and sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are brand new or a seasoned practitioner, there is a place for you at The Energy Reset.
Yes. All courses are completely self-paced so you can move through the material in alignment with your own rhythm and schedule. You will have lifetime access to all course materials once enrolled.

Any certificate awarded is a course completion certificate and is not accredited by any academic or governing body. Energy is not limited by physical space. Distance sessions are conducted remotely while you relax in your own home. You will receive a scheduled time, prepare a comfortable space, and allow the healing to come to you. Many clients report the same depth of experience as in-person sessions.
